Booking Terms & Conditions

Reservations & Seating

  • We take reservations for indoor tables only. Our outdoor space is available on a walk-in basis, but you’re welcome to move outside if space allows.

  • Please include the total number of guests (including children) in the booking widget (and not in the 'Special Requests' box) to help us allocate the best space for your party.

  • We welcome requests for specific tables or areas; however, we cannot guarantee them, and table allocation is at the discretion of the manager on the day.

  • For larger, drinks-only groups (8+ guests), seating and standing space may be allocated. If you require a table with seating for all guests, please contact us in advance to discuss.

  • Requests to extend your booking duration are welcome but subject to availability on the day.

Families & Under-18s

  • Whilst we pride ourselves on being family-friendly, we are still a pub, and that means we have to prioritise your childs safety above all. Please help us by abiding by the following policy, and ensuring your child is well behaved and supervised at all times.

  • Due to licensing restrictions, under-18s must leave the premises by 9pm.

  • Children must be seated & not allowed to wander alone. They are welcome to enjoy our games and activities, including board games, shuffleboard, GameCube, and darts, but only with an adult at the table/playing with them.

Food, Drinks & Payments

  • Our menus and prices may change due to seasonal availability and other factors. We may not always be able to honour any deals, offers or set prices from previous menus.

  • We are a cashless venue, so all payments must be made by card or contactless methods.

  • Outside food and drink is not permitted, with the exception of birthday cakes.

  • The venue takes no responsibility for allergens in birthday cakes. The host is responsible for notifying their guests of any potential allergens or dietary concerns.

Arrival & Timing

  • Please arrive on time for your booking, with your whole party. If you/your party are running late, we’ll hold your table/tables for 15 minutes. After this time, we may need to release it for other guests.

  • For indoor drinks bookings, an area or a number of adjacent tables will be allocated for your group. Unless specified, we assume it is a standing event, meaning there may not be a seat for everyone.

  • If your plans change, please let us know in writing as soon as possible.

Large Group Bookings

  • All bookings for 20 or more guests are subject to a pre-authorisation of £10 per guest. This is not a charge, and no money will leave your account unless:

    • You fail to show up for your booking.

    • You cancel within 6 hours of your booking time.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until the pre-authorisation has been made.

  • All bookings with a food pre-order are subject to the cost of all food items at least 10 days in advance as a paid deposit

    • Paid deposits are non-refundable in the event of full cancellation.

    • If your group size decreases less than seven days before your booking, we won’t be able to offer a refund for pre-ordered food.

    • Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be changed on the day

Service & Hospitality

  • A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to your final bill, which goes directly to our team. If you have any concerns, please let us know.

  • We are dog-friendly, so well-behaved pups are always welcome!

  • A manager will always be available to assist with any requests during your visit.
